Your order will be processed and shipped the same business day (Mon-Fri) if you order by 12:00 pm Noon Central Time.
Local Delivery - Orders over $25
Delivery is available on orders greater than $25 within 25 mile radius of store location, 1430 Washington Ave, St Louis, Missouri 63103 . At this time, deliveries will be made on Tuesday, 8am-5pm and Saturdays, 8am-11am only.
There are no deliveries on Sundays and legal US holidays.
If you are not available to sign for deliveries, KarMel's Kraft Supplies will not be held liable for damaged or missing packages.
Store Pickup - Any orders not picked up within 10 business days of purchase will be refunded, minus a 20% restocking fee.
USPS First Class: 1-5 business days.
USPS Priority: 1-3 business days.
USPS Express: By end of next business day, except for rural areas.
FedEx 2nd Day: By end of 2nd business day after shipment, except rural areas.
FedEx Overnight: Next Business Day by 4:30 for business addresses and 6:00 for residential addresses. Holiday periods excepted.
KarMel's Krafts is not responsible for shipping delays. If you selected an Express Shipping option and your order was not delivered on time, notify us and we will file a claim for reimbursement with the applicable carrier on your behalf. Generally express shipping costs are not refundable when the delay is related to issues outside the carrier's control such as weather or mechanical issues.
Shipping Outside Continental U.S.
Free Shipping is not currently eligible for orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Shipping costs for these states will be calculated at checkout. If you would like an order shipped outside of the U.S. please contact us for a quote.
Defects & Shipping Damages
If your order arrives damaged or you experience a defect issue please retain original shipping packaging and contact us at 314-325-9766. We will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees.
We want you to be satisfied with your order. Our Satisfaction Guarantee allows you to return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Returns are accepted for either a direct refund or exchange. Please contact us at 314-325-9766 for a return authorization before returning your purchase.
All fragrance and color sales are final. We recommend that you try sample sizes first. For sanitary reasons, we cannot take them back nor resell them. We also do not offer any type of fragrance exchanges. Fragrance is sold by weight, not volume (unless otherwise noted). Due to the high concentration of our fragrance oils, we suggest that you test them in products before calling us; fragrance smells different in finished products than they do out of the bottle. Fragrances with the same name from different companies will likely smell different. Citrus fragrances can have a fuel type aroma. Fragrance used in bath and body products may discolor and make the product thin. We suggest testing our products prior to making large quantities of your finished goods. KarMel’s Krafts is not responsible for any products or equipment you used when making your products. We will not reimburse customers for raw ingredients used in finished products.
Due to the fact that wax may differ from batch to batch, we cannot guarantee that all batches will be identical. Therefore, we do not accept returns on wax sales, and we do not allow any credits or exchanges for wax.
All Bath-n-Body Products and supplies are non-returnable due to sanitary reasons.
Receiving Broken Merchandise - All of our merchandise is inspected for damage prior to shipping. If you receive products that were damaged during transit, please call 314-325-9766 to report the damage.
Please report any missing merchandise, order mistakes, and any other order problems within 72 hours of delivery. After 72 hours from delivery, we will conclude that your order was completed accurately and no refunds or exchanges will be accepted after that time.
Please be advised: If you choose to allow our shipper to leave your package without requirying a signature, you are waiving your insurance on your package. KarMel’s Krafts will not be held responsible for stolen merchandise that resulted in choosing to allow drivers to leave packages without a signature. If you find that your package has been stolen, contact KarMel’s Krafts, and we will ask for the shipper to start a tracer on your package. Be advised that tracers begin an investigation into the delivery, and can take weeks to hear back from the shipper. KarMel’s Krafts will not simply reship your order when it is stolen. If it is discovered that your package was indeed stolen, then we suggest that you file a police report with your local police department.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
